Privacy

This page explains, in plain words, what MapPackCrew ("we") collects and what we do with it.

This website

This site has no ads, no analytics and no tracking cookies. Our web host may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and to keep the site running.

Audit requests

Our audit request form is a Google Form, so what you type there is processed by Google under Google's privacy policy. We use your answers (for example your business name, city and email) only to run your audit, send you the report and follow up about it.

Audits and weekly kits

Audits use public Google Maps results about your business and nearby competitors, gathered through a third-party data provider. If you become a customer, we keep the details needed to make your weekly kit (such as your business info and review text you share with us) and our emails with you.

What we don't do

We don't sell your information, and we don't share it except with the service providers we need to run the service (for example email, hosting, data and payment providers).

Your choices

Email sam@mappackcrew.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Reply "stop" to any email from us and we won't contact you again.
