These are the simple terms for using MapPackCrew ("we"). MapPackCrew is a working name.

The free audit

The audit is free and comes with no obligation. It is a snapshot of Google Maps results on the day we run it. Results change with the searcher's location, device and the time, so what you see may differ.

The weekly kit

The paid service is $99 per month, billed monthly, with no long-term contract. You can cancel anytime by emailing sam@mappackcrew.com. Cancelling stops future charges; the current paid month runs to its end.

Your profile, your call

We give you drafts. You decide what to post on your Google Business Profile and you are responsible for what you publish. Please check drafts for accuracy before posting. Our drafts are written with AI help and may contain mistakes.

Reviews

Our review tools are meant to be used by sending the same review link to every customer. Don't offer rewards for reviews or ask only happy customers; that is against Google's policies.

No guarantees

We do not guarantee any ranking, number of calls, reviews or revenue. The service is provided "as is", and to the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last month.

Not Google

MapPackCrew is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google. Google features and rules can change at any time, and we have no control over them.

Changes

If these terms change, we'll update the date above and tell current customers by email.
